Modern furnishing & co-working

There are 6 office spaces in the building. These offer space for 1 to 4 persons (depending on the chosen office).

All offices are furnished with designer desks, built-in cupboards and comfortable office chairs. 

In addition to the permanent offices, there is also the possibility of co-working. 

In their beautiful co-working downstairs, you can rent a permanent place. HIER. you sit together with other entrepreneurs at one big table. You have your own workplace with fixed chairs and closet. Your own place where you can go to. This space breathes style and class. The beautiful walls and fireplace have been preserved.

In the co-working upstairs you sit together with other entrepreneurs at one big table. A professional stop between two visits. Meetings with customers, suppliers or any other professional contact. Flex provides the opportunity to network with other entrepreneurs. The focus is on consultation, inspiring, motivating, and sharing.

OVER THERE, FROM THE FRONT AND ABOVE

The three meeting and training rooms are all different in style, possibilities and capacity. 

The largest room downstairs is called "GINDER". Different configurations are possible in the room: round, school, U-shape, L-shape, reception ... The maximum capacity is 40 people, depending on the layout of the room.

Just behind the majestic entrance door is the smallest and most convivial training and meeting room: "VANVOOR" .This offers a solution for sharing your interesting facts in a smaller committee of maximum 8 people. 

HIER.upstairs is clearly the most beautiful, luxurious training room. The maximum capacity is 16 people. The equipment includes comfortable seats, a large beautiful wedge table with built-in plugs, internet connection, digital screen, excellent sound system and good lighting. The perfect spot to show off to your best customers or a meeting with your management team or directors of the board.

Brainstorming in a less formal way... or participating together in an activity to enhance the group atmosphere. You can do it from HIER!

Teambuilding opportunities

In addition to the range of meeting rooms, the building is equipped with a modern open kitchen and a beautiful lounge / orangery. This is very handy if, for example, you are planning a cooking workshop or celebrating a birthday among colleagues. From the orangery, you have access to our cosy city garden. Which can certainly be used for lunch when the weather is nice.
